Jaime Posada Arango is the current manager of Habitat Adulto Mayor, a retirement home run by a specialized team of professionals that provide the best quality of life for the retiree. Habitat’s mission is to put the individual’s needs and wants first—encouraging their autonomy, independence, family interaction, safety, and always respecting their lifestyles, beliefs, and identity.
Jaime has played a pivotal role as manager and CEO of various companies throughout the years, such as in the Ministry of Health in Antigua and Barbuda, the Ministry of Social Protection and the Institute of Social Services in Bogotá, Colombia, and Susalud and Fundación Proyecto País in Medellín, Colombia, among many others.
He has been a part of many boards of directors in the health industry and is currently part of the Comfama-Salud board, since 2016.
